OptiCulture Serum-Free Medium-RH kit consists of:

  • 500ml nutrient-rich, serum-free basal medium.
  • Optiboom-R (4OB-500-R) (human recombinant growth factors).
  • Supplements (ITS, Anti-Oxidants, Hydrocortisone).
  • 10 ml xeno-free coating material.

Medium storage

Cell Systems medium is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon arrival, immediately refrigerate the medium and supplements according to the storage instructions on the label. Once the medium has been supplemented with OptiBoom-R, or any component of the medium kit has been opened, the shelf life is 30 days when stored at 2–8 °C.
