Cell Systems’ primary human glomerular microvascular endothelial cells (ACBRI 128) and glomerular mesangial cells (ACBRI 127) are optimized for glomerular barrier models, renal endothelial cell culture, and kidney-on-chip research.

These early passage, antibody-free cells are validated in peer-reviewed studies for expression of key markers such as CD31, CD105, Annexin V, ICAM1, and GLP-1R. Applications include glomerular endothelial cell culture, apoptosis assays, transendothelial signaling studies, and integration into glomerulus chip systems.

With demonstrated performance in inflammation, cell–cell signaling, gene expression, and barrier integrity assays, these human glomerular endothelial cells and mesangial cells are ideal for 2D/3D glomerular cell culture, renal disease modeling, and microvascular chip development.
